步驟
1糯米淘洗乾淨,加水浸泡2小時

2將蓮藕刷洗乾淨備用

3紅糖,冰糖,桂花,蜂蜜各適量,鹽少許

4蓮藕在頂端切下大約三厘米做蓋子用

5藉助筷子將泡好的糯米放入蓮藕的小孔中,蓋上頂端的蓋子插上牙籤固定

6紅糖,冰糖,鹽放到阿迪鍋里(甜度視個人喜好添加)

7倒入適量的水,先用阿迪鍋煮開直到冰糖融化

8將固定好的蓮藕放入鍋中,阿迪鍋壓30分鐘,取出晾涼切片,放入容器中,澆上煮蓮藕的湯汁和適量蜂蜜,撒上桂花即可食用
