5上海青擇洗乾淨,下開水鍋中汆燙至斷生,然後撈出切碎待用

6炒鍋里倒入適量油燒至七成熱,爆香姜、蒜末,接著放入香菇碎翻炒出香味

7放入肉末,調少許生抽翻炒均勻,然後放入胡蘿蔔丁、青菜碎翻炒均勻
