1咸肉一块

2锅内多放水,水开后,将咸肉装盘放入蒸锅内

3中小火蒸40分钟。(也可用压力煲更省时省气)

4将蒸好的咸肉出锅,切薄片

5将折耳根的老根、须掐去,留下嫩白根及叶片,用清水多洗几遍,洗净去泥沙,用冷水浸泡5分钟,捞出控干水分待用

6取一个小碗,将大蒜和小米辣分别剁碎

7调入白醋2勺

9一点香油、一点盐、一点白糖,如果有炸好的辣椒油,也来一点儿
