12面粉里加水

13边加边搅拌面粉,看看面粉状况加水,面粉成絮状,下手把絮状面片揉成团,盆里的面片全部揉一块儿,面盆干净

26平底锅不放油,直接开火,烧饼放到锅子里

小技巧
1、肉最好是全部肥肉剁馅儿好吃哈。。。至少肥肉多点要,这样霉干菜才好吃 2、馅儿都剁的小块一点,特别是霉干菜 3、肥肉在煎的时候会出油哈,这个才好吃 4、做馅儿的时候,看你买的霉干菜咸度,盐看着放,白糖要放的,这样才好吃
