2 燕麦消化饼干放保鲜袋里用擀面杖压碎

9 牛奶吉利片液体加入芒果泥中搅拌均匀

10 淡奶油300克,加入20克炼乳、20克细砂糖

14 盐渍樱花用温水泡开,把盐味洗干净

15 250克纯净水加入30克细砂糖、15克吉利丁粉,小火慢慢加热至糖、吉利丁粉融化,熄火放凉

16 取出蛋糕,把放凉的吉利丁糖水沿着模具边轻轻淋入,最好把清洗干净的樱花摆入模具中,放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上
