香葱: 两小颗, 五花肉: 200g, 土豆: 两个, 海天黄豆酱: 两勺, 生抽酱油: 两茶匙

1土豆切片,泡水去除淀粉

2五花肉切片,买来后,冷冻成型比较好切哦。冷水下锅煮熟,放点葱姜,煮出来比较香

3煮至筷子一扎就透,捞出备用

4锅内少许油,煎肉,因为五花肉也会出好多油,所以不要放太多。煎至肥肉变透明,就可出锅,吃起来不会那么油腻

5另起锅下土豆片煸炒,打点水,闷一下会比较烂

6放黄豆酱,酱油,煸炒,加入五花肉,香葱,一起炒,至土豆片熟了,就可出锅
