鸡蛋: 4个(大约250g), 低筋面粉: 100g, 糖: 60g, 色拉油 或黄油: 26g, 柠檬汁: 几滴

1准备好材料,糖我放多了有点甜.所以方子我改了60g

24个全蛋放到盘中先启动打蛋器中低档打到起鱼眼状态.加柠檬汁.糖(糖分三次放)先高速打发打到变得有点浓稠了换中低档,提起打蛋器滴落的蛋糊不会马上消失.蛋糊可以画出纹路即可

3色拉油加到蛋糊里面搅拌均匀

4面粉过筛分次加入面粉到蛋糊中搅均匀,倒入模具端起来震几下,把内部的气泡震出来使表面平整光滑

5烤箱预热5分钟上下火180度,把蛋糕糊放烤箱烤30-40分钟即可
