原料
南瓜(最好老南瓜): 300g, 低筋面粉: 150g, 粘米粉(也可以全用面粉): 50g, 糖: 15g, 酵母: 3g, 红枣(喜欢什么干果都可以): 数粒, 温水(泡酵母用): 约80ml
步骤
1南瓜去皮,切小块,上锅蒸熟,另外把酵母先用温水泡开待用,把面粉和粘米粉混合待用
2借用工具捣成南瓜泥

3倒入泡开的酵母,拌匀

5拌好的发糕浆

6倒入模具,用东西盖上,进行发酵(夏天我就室温发酵,冬天可借用烤箱发酵,约1-2小时

7发酵好的发糕液,摆上干果装饰下,锅里水开后放入锅中蒸上30分钟左右

8蒸的时候记得拿个东西盖下,避免水气滴入
