山药: 40克, 猪肉: 100克, 蛋清: 45克, 姜: 2克
步骤
1准备食材:猪里脊肉100克,蛋清45克,去皮后山药40克,生姜2克

2山药切段,隔水蒸熟

4姜片切成丝,放在切好的里脊肉上,腌制15分钟去腥

5取出姜片,将猪里脊肉放入料理机中,再倒入45克的蛋清,搅打细腻

6将搅打好的肉泥放在碗中备用

7蒸熟的山药也同样用料理机打成泥,然后倒入肉泥中,拌匀

8把肉泥放在锡纸上,用筷子弄成条状,然后慢慢卷起来,接下来像卷糖果那样,两端反方向拧紧,拧时不要太用力,避免锡纸破了

9全部包好的山药猪肉肠放入蒸锅中,盖上锅盖,大火蒸15分钟左右
