鸡蛋: 2个, 韭菜: 6棵, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 0.5盐勺, 油: 适量
步骤
1将韭菜摘好洗净,切成碎末~

2鸡蛋打入小盆中,打散,倒入韭菜末,加入精盐,鸡精~

3搅拌均匀,直到出现泡泡(这样烙出的蛋饼松软好吃)~

4平底锅内倒适量油,转小火,待油温热时倒入鸡蛋韭菜液(转动一下锅,使蛋液均匀的平铺在锅内,然后先不要翻动,待定形了再晃动晃动,以免糊锅)~

5待鸡蛋液成形了(可借用盘子盛出来)~
