原料
普通面粉: 350克, 白砂糖: 60克, 土鸡蛋: 3个, 花生油: 45ml, 酵母: 4克, 温牛奶: 30-40克
步骤
1面粉、白砂糖、鸡蛋、花生油放入面包机里揉面5分钟;

24克酵母加30克温牛奶拌匀,倒入面包机桶里揉面50分钟发酵;

3揉好的面团取出排气;

4再分割成16份(大约39克一份)

5分割好的小面团揉圆压扁,平铺在28㎝×28㎝的金色烤盘中;

6烤箱下火150预热后把烤盘放入烤箱,烘烤10分钟后翻面继续烘烤10分钟,看好上色即可;(重点提示烤箱必须是下火烘烤,要不然小饼会开口笑哦,就是开裂的!)
