原料
有机黑芝麻: 100g, 糯米粉: 40g, 水: 500ml, 冰糖: 适量, 桂花: 少许
步骤
1将黑芝麻小火翻炒至微黄,有香味后乘出待用!千万不要时间太长以免炒焦!

2糯米粉也用小火稍微炒一下,至微黄即可!

3将黑芝麻倒入粉碎容器(我用的是料理棒)!

4再加入刚炒好的糯米粉!

5将2样食材搅拌后加入适量水(500ml里的水)!

6我用一瓶不到点的矿泉水,依次搅拌加水!

7黑芝麻,糯米粉和水粉碎完毕!

8将液体倒出过滤!这样口感才顺滑细腻哦!

9然后加热,放入适量冰糖,根据大家的口味调量!我是分别加了2次并一直搅拌芝麻糊以防糊底!
