鱼: 两条, 面粉: 少许, 花椒大料: , 大蒜,姜: , 酱油,醋: , 糖,盐,味精:
步骤
1将鱼的两面抹上面粉

2醋+少许生抽酱油+糖,调汁(调到味道不酸)

3放入花椒,花椒变色后捞出来。

5放入鱼,两面煎一下

6将调好的汁均匀倒入,盖上锅盖焖一分钟

7放入水,刚好淹过鱼肚

8水太多的话不利于最后收汁

9撒上盐,少许味精,盖好盖子,小火烧20—30分钟收汁(有些鱼肉比较嫩,时间可以少一些)

10关火后最好再焖几7,8,9,10分钟,更入味
