原料
通用面粉(all-purpose flour): ½ cup, 鹰嘴豆粉(garbanzo flour): ½ cup, 南瓜泥(pumpkin purée): ½ cup, 白糖(white sugar): ¼ cup, 纯素黄油(vegan butter): 4 tbs, 泡打粉(baking powder): ½ tsp, 南瓜派香料(可不加)(pumpkin spices:cinnamon肉桂粉、nutmeg豆蔻粉、clove丁香粉): ¼ tsp, 无籽葡萄干(seedless raisins): ¼ cup
步骤
1准备好食材,将4 tbs 纯素黄油(vegan butter)融化成流动的液体晾凉待用;

2将½ cup 通用面粉、½ cup 鹰嘴豆粉、½ tsp泡打粉和¼ tsp 南瓜派香料混合均匀;

3将½ cup 南瓜泥碾碎,加入¼ cup 白糖和4 tbs纯素黄油搅拌均匀,达到顺滑的状态;

4将步骤3的混合液体倒入步骤2的混合物中,搅拌均匀形成面团,面团可能会非常粘;

小技巧
通用面粉(all-purpose flour)一般当中筋面粉来用,没有鹰嘴豆粉可以用通用面粉或中筋面粉代替,口感会稍微偏硬一点点,也不会那么粘,南瓜派香料可以不加。
