小技巧
1、用虾头爆油可增加汤的色泽也会增加汤的鲜味 2、家里没有高汤的同学,亦可将虾壳洗净,用水煲开,去虾壳后保留汤水代替高汤(实在嫌麻烦,就用浓汤宝吧)哈哈 3、丝瓜和虾都很鲜甜,不用下太多调味料,一点点盐就好
