原料
牛肉: 500g, 笋尖: 250g, 香菇: 100g, 胡萝卜: 50g, 辣椒: 适量, 豆瓣酱: 100g, 黄豆酱: 50g, 白糖: 少许
步骤
1先将牛肉,香菇,冬笋,胡萝卜全部切成粒

2热锅凉油,放生姜爆香取出,再入牛肉炒至水分干透,放入冬笋炒断生,最后放香菇胡萝卜炒两分钟左右

3豆瓣酱和黄豆酱放入锅中加少许开水稀释,翻炒五分钟左右放入白糖,注意放入酱之后要不停翻炒以免糊锅!
