1田里韭菜上撸下来的韭菜花,多洗几遍,洗干净,再放入一勺盐浸泡一会,漂洗沥干

2洗好的韭菜花摊开晾干(我没晾到太干)

3梨切小块,姜,朝天椒都切碎备用

5韭菜花,梨,姜末,朝天椒末都放入切菜器,切成碎末,加入适量的盐(搅拌均匀,尝一下淡咸,要稍微咸一点,好保存)

6装瓶(玻璃瓶用开水烫过),不要装满,发酵会胀气溢出来,在瓶口倒些香油(芝麻油)密封好冷藏保存,《我是看到瓶子里有大气泡就打开瓶子放气减压的,要小心慢慢打开,有气泡胀气会溢出来,打开瓶盖 用手拍打瓶底,把气泡空气拍出来再密》
