4加酵母粉水,揉成光滑的面团(水要一点点加,才能做到三光,手光、盆光、面光),盖上湿布放在温暖处发酵

5炒锅无油无水,放入黑芝麻,小火翻炒看到有烟冒出,关火,继续翻炒,盛出黑芝麻,冷却

6无油无水,小火炒面粉

7面粉微黄,能闻到面香,关火(趴锅上闻的时候一定要小心脸),备用

8料理机将黑芝麻磨成粉,越细口感越好

9准备一个干净的碗,放入黑芝麻粉,放入炒好的面粉,加糖,加芝麻油(芝麻油一点点的加)

10搅拌至能刚好团成团即可,(太湿了会太香,太干了口感不好)静置备用

11面团在温暖处发酵至两倍大(2个小时左右)

20锅内烧开水,放上蒸布,放馒头,大火蒸20分钟左右(我在高原地带,蒸了30分钟)

小技巧
1.我是突发奇想,放了紫薯泥和面,如果嫌麻烦,可以不放紫薯泥 2.黑芝麻一定要晾凉了,再磨,才会更细腻 3.白糖尽量用糖粉或细白糖,甜度可自己调整 4.面皮不能太薄,因为馅儿是甜的,皮儿太薄会很腻 5.我炒黑芝麻和炒面粉的工具只要能保证不糊就行,也可在用烤箱烤熟黑芝麻 6.黑芝麻和面粉的大概比例6:1
