2起油锅,油可以稍多一些冬阴功酱,辣椒爆香

3加入水,煮沸,再加入三种香料,椰浆和鱼露

4文火15分钟后直到香料味道都煮出来了,把香料捞出(事先准备香料包包起来取出会更方便)。倒入先草菇,再依次倒入番茄,和海鲜煮开。尝一下味道,我又加了点糖,再加了一个青柠檬汁(皮和籽不要放在汤里,会苦)
