原料
低粉: 250克, 淡奶油: 80克, 黄油: 60克, 盐: 1.2克, 细砂糖: 45克, 鸡蛋: 1个, 蔓越莓: 35克, 无铝泡打粉: 8克, 蛋液适量: (刷康司表面用)
步骤
1面粉和泡打粉混合后过筛;

2黄油切碎成黄油粒,混入面粉里,用手搓成屑状;

3淡奶油、鸡蛋、细砂糖搅打均匀倒入面粉揉成面团,把面团用手按扁,撒入蔓越莓碎,稍用手按一下让蔓越莓粘住面饼再对折;

4把面饼整成圆面饼,把面团用手按扁,撒入蔓越莓碎,稍用手按一下让蔓越莓粘住面饼再对折;

5压成面饼,放入8寸披萨盘切成8等分,涂上蛋液;

6预热烤箱180度烤20分钟左右。
