小技巧
1.如果是夏天做面包那么酵母7克就可以啦 冬天的话那么就要适当的去调整一下多加1至1.5克的 2.面粉的吸水量不同,环境不同吸水量也会不同,建议方子里的水(液体)预留10—15克出来了,适当的进行调整,(此温度仅供参考,请按自家烤箱或风炉温度进行调整) 3.内馅可按个人的喜好来添加
