鸡蛋: 5只, 白砂糖: 80克, 牛奶: 250克, 奶油: 150克, 朗姆酒: 10克, 果肉(这次用的是扬梅): 200克, 柠檬汁: 几滴
步骤
1将鸡蛋分为蛋黄和蛋白

2将蛋白分三次加糖30克并加入几滴柠檬汁,打发成干性发泡,放入冰箱冷臧(具体步骤见戚风蛋糕)
3将50克糖加入蛋黄拌匀

4将牛奶奶油加热至边缘起泡(80度左右)

5将热牛奶分数批倒入蛋黄糊,并不停的搅拌
