原料
花生米: 300g, 精盐: 2g, 油: 适量
步骤
1准备材料~

2将花生米放凉水盆中清洗一下(不是泡),捞出控干水分装盘备用(此步骤可省略)~

3锅内倒适量油放入花生米(凉锅,凉油,凉花生米)油没过花生米~

4转中小火慢炸,用铲子不停的翻炒推动,让花生米受热均匀,炸至一会时,就会听见密集的噼里啪啦声,陆陆续续还会有声音,等到声音几乎没有了就差不多了~

5可以尝尝还有没有生味(小心烫),不要等到酥脆了关火,那样热油的余温会使花生米变糊,可以了马上关火~

6也可看看炸至表皮发中红色即可(按花生米下锅时颜色判断)~
