步骤
1鸭胗买回先用碱反复揉戳洗几次,然后用面粉再反复洗几次,这样处理后的鸭胗不但干净而且没有异味

2将以上所有材料混合揉匀,入冰箱冷藏腌制2-3天

3腌制入味后将鸭胗取出,放在通风的地方凉至表面水分挥发即可待用

4将腌制后的鸭胗切成薄片,青蒜切寸断,大蒜切片,姜剁末,辣椒切细片,胡萝卜切小片待用

5锅内入油,放入麻辣酱爆香
