蛋白: 40克, 黄油: 25克, 低粉: 15克, 杏仁片: 55克, 糖粉: 40克, 香草精: 1/4小勺

1黄油隔热水融化备用

2蛋白中加入糖粉搅拌均匀至糖融化

3接着加入步骤一中的液态黄油,拌匀;再加入几滴香草精,同样用手动打蛋器搅匀

4筛入低粉,搅拌至无颗粒

5最后加入杏仁片,用刮刀拌匀

6用个小勺子取一小点面糊摊开铺平在铺了油纸的烤盘上,不用放太多,因为烤的时候会化开,记得要摊开摊均匀

7再放入预热的烤箱中层,上下火175度,烤6分钟左右即可,如果想要更脆一点可多加2分钟

8出炉后趁热放在擀面杖上或用筷子塑形,冷却后就变脆了
