汤圆粉: 适量, 红糖: 随喜好, 油: 适量, 温开水: 少许
步骤
1取适量糯米粉少许温水,揉成面团,光滑不黏刚好

2搓出一颗颗小圆子,具体大小喜欢就好,不过不要太大,不好熟☺️

3调出一碗红糖水,加多少糖看自己喜好咯,本人觉得只要不甜到发苦都是可以的哈哈

4加适量油盖住锅底就成,烧热,调小火,把搓好的小圆子轻轻压平一点放入锅中煎,煎成金黄色就好,记得及时翻面哟

5小汤圆煎的差不多了倒入事先备好的红糖水,煮一会儿,再调大火收汁,汁水烧到适当就可以关火啦!
