步骤
1农家留香白辣椒用凉水洗净切段(颜色对比较大,灯光的原因);

2鸡胗用凉水洗净切片,用料酒和生抽拌匀放置约10分钟,生姜切小段,大蒜切斜段;

3将锅烧热,将白辣椒放入锅中炒干水分,将坛子气炒掉,盛出待用;
