步骤
1猪肉剁馅,葱姜切末,肉馅加入酱油、葱姜末,盐(盐只加这一次,约摸所有馅的量,把盐都加到肉馅里)按照一个方向搅拌把肉馅搅拌均匀放到一边腌制

2和面,适量面粉加水,加水的同时用筷子搅拌

5菜花冲洗干净,水甩一下,甩干净些,切两半

6用擦丝的工具,由菜花头开始擦,擦的过程尽量与菜花的小茎垂直,避免把菜花的小茎擦成长条

8往菜花里倒入调和油或者色拉油等味道不是太浓的油(如果有用花生油或者豆油等味道较大的,请提前先把油加热放凉后也可)油量是比炒这些菜稍微多的量,往菜花里放油据妈妈说是为和肉馅隔离,以防止菜花遇上肉馅的盐会出水

9把腌制好的肉馅和菜花馅放到一起,按照顺时针方向搅拌

18包饺子的时候锅里放水,烧开,把饺子放进去,搅拌一下,盖盖子,保持中火到大火之间
