4揉到面水浓白,倒在另外一个干净的盆里

9揉洗好的面水

10揉好的面筋中加入2g的酵母揉搓醒发至蜂窝状态

11醒好的面筋入锅蒸20分,晾凉切块备用。

12洗好的面水放冰箱冷藏沉淀(不能低于3个小时),沉淀好后上面一层清水倒掉,留下浓稠的白面水。

13面水如果很稠,可以加适量的清水再搅拌均匀

14面皮锣锣刷一层薄薄的油,取一汤勺面水放入面皮锣锣中
