1减去虾须,去除虾线洗净

小技巧
1.蒸锅里的水我用的是开水,开水滚后再将虾子放进去蒸,大概4分钟即可,时间过长虾子太老了 2.中间的香菜也可用西兰花代替 3.炒大蒜和洋葱时用小火慢慢炒香,大火容易将洋葱炒糊
