步骤
1先将白砂糖和蛋白放在一个容器中,然后搅拌至糖化

2然后用快速将步骤2搅拌打发,打至干性发泡,约用6分钟

5然后加入绿茶粉,用刮板充分拌匀

6将拌匀的5装入裱花袋中,挤在铺有高温布的烤盘中

7将6放入事先预热好的烤箱中,以上下火170/120℃约烤11分钟左右
