1清理鹅身,除去鹅毛;

5鹅油放在烤盘下面,用钢针把鹅肚,鹅脖处的开口封住;

6鹅的表面用盐和黑胡椒粉抹匀;烤箱预热160-180度,倒入清水,鹅胸朝下,烤1小时;
