原料
鹅, 蒜蓉、豆豉、姜片, 油、生抽、米酒、鲍鱼汁
步骤
1鹅洗净、沥干水、备用。(小桔子是我今天带回来给我母后尝鲜的南丰蜜桔: p )

2热油,爆香姜片,再加蒜蓉豆豉继续爆香。盛出备用。

3热油,下鹅!

4残忍滴,把热油一遍遍往鹅身上浇过去、淋过去…

5等鹅鹅变成金黄色,就可以暂时出锅了…

6出锅,油倒粗来,还可以留着炒菜

7再入锅,加水、米酒、生抽、之前爆香的姜蒜豆豉、鲍鱼汁(这个有无均可),盖盖子焖煮!
