原料
虾: 6只, 龙口粉丝: 两小捆, 大蒜: 3瓣, 红黄椒: 60g, 葱花: 10g, 料酒: 一大勺, 酱油: 50g, 细砂糖: 28g, 麻油: 3-5g, 清水: 适量, 无味植物油: 适量
步骤
1把红虾处理好(可参考我的菜谱~阿根廷红虾的清洗),整好后把虾头切或者剪下来

2大蒜切成小粒

4加适量清水把粉丝泡软,也可以用开水,温水

5平底锅放入半锅清水,大火烧开

6把泡软的粉丝用筷子夹出来,放进烧开的水里,水开后转小火,继续煮五分钟左右

7熟透后将其捞出,放到盘子里备用

8锅里倒入适量无味植物油,小火

19大盘里铺上粉丝儿,摆上虾的身体部分,在中间用剪刀剪几刀,用筷子拨开,使其形成一个洞?️

20把虾头部分摆在中间的洞里
