2先做柠檬酱(Lemon curd),将砂糖、柠檬汁、柠檬皮屑、蛋黄和切小块的黄油放入奶锅中,小火边加热边搅拌,直至变浓稠,过筛至隔冰水的盆中冷却

3②将两张保鲜膜铺在模具中,可以抹些黄油辅助固定,四周要留出适当的宽度(留在最后覆盖住冰淇淋表面)

4将树莓和糖放入搅拌机 搅拌至成均匀的果酱液并过筛,可以中间用刮刀辅助刮一下壁
