步骤
1准备食材 鱼骨肉分离,鱼肉切片(斜着切最好),鱼肉、鱼头、鱼骨用盐腌制15分钟,姜蒜切片,酸菜、干红椒切段,泡椒用牙签戳破表皮(避免受热过程中爆炸)

12鱼汤倒入酸菜中,放适量盐、糖(我不吃味精所以用糖代替)

13把鱼片摊开一片一片放进酸菜鱼汤里(速度要快,不然放早的鱼片老了)全部鱼片放好后尝尝汤的味道,自己调整咸淡,鱼片变色后就可以出锅了~
