原料
中筋面粉: 200g, 水: 110g左右, 白糖: 30g, 黄油: 20g, 酥油: 100g, 刷表面的鸡蛋液: 适量

1调制水油皮。把除了酥油和鸡蛋外的原料混合揉成光滑的面团!盖上醒面10分钟!
