4葱姜泡水

5在肉馅里倒入适量黄酒和白胡椒粉搅拌均匀,然后分次慢慢倒入70克葱姜水,用筷子顺时针搅拌上劲,保证每次水都被肉全部吸收再倒入下一次

6最后放入拆好的蟹膏和蟹肉搅拌均匀
