原料
低筋面粉: 360克, 白砂糖: 120克, 黄油: 160克, 全脂奶粉: 80克, 土鸡蛋: 2个
步骤
1称好配料;黄油软化,分三次加入白砂糖打发,黄油的颜色变浅,呈乳霜状,打发到体积微膨大;再分4-5比加入鸡蛋液打发;奶粉和低粉混合过筛加入黄油中,戴一次性手套拌成面团,得注意不能过度揉面团,只要成团即可;

2揉好的面团扔保鲜袋里整成有1厘米厚的面饼,再脱去保鲜袋包在吸油纸中擀均匀厚度;

3打开一半的吸油纸进行印图案,再用圆形不锈钢凤梨酥模切脱饼干花型;

4整齐的排在金色烤盘上,烤箱140度预热(烤箱的温度自己控制,我的烤箱温度偏高只能140度烘烤)

5预热后放入烤箱;
