鸡蛋 三个, 虾仁, 鱿鱼, 蒜薹, 黑木耳, 花蛤, 盐
步骤
1鲜虾剥去头壳,挑去虾线,切成粒

4锅内放少许油,油热后放虾仁和鱿鱼煸炒一下(稍微炒一下即可,一会还要上锅蒸)

5然后放蒜薹和黑木耳

6加少许食盐,炒匀出锅

7花蛤放水中煮至张口,捞出备用(煮好的花蛤要分成两部分)
8鸡蛋磕入碗中,加少许盐打散搅匀

9加适量凉开水,搅匀

10放到耐热容器中(蛋液和水的比例为1:2,一份蛋液配两份水)

11锅内放水,然后放入盛蛋液的容器,蛋液中加入花蛤(先拿一部反花蛤,和蛋羹一起蒸,让蛋羹融合花蛤的鲜味)

12蒸锅上上汽以后改中火蒸五分钟左右,关火

13然后开盖,加入事先炒好的菜,撒上花蛤,再盖锅盖蒸三分钟(蒸蛋羹的时间主要取决于蛋液的多少和火候的大小,蛋液少的话少蒸一会,蒸到蛋液完全凝固即可)
