原料
鸭腿, 李锦记大厨来蜜汁烤肉酱, 葱姜, 蒜粉, 肉桂粉 (没有可不放), 料酒, 生抽, 土豆 或苹果片, 黑胡椒碎 (我用的黑胡椒粉), 蜂蜜
步骤
1鸭腿洗净沥干,背面用刀剖几条口子

2然后加入李锦记大厨来蜜汁烤肉酱,葱姜,蒜粉(没有就放姜丝和葱段),肉桂粉(没有可不放),料酒,生抽,充分抹匀后放冰箱,腌制3~4天,期间每天去翻动一次以便入味

3烤箱预热220度,烤盘内垫锡纸,铺上土豆或者苹果片,把鸭腿皮朝下平铺在上面,表面撒上黑胡椒碎(我用的黑胡椒粉)

4然后入烤箱烤15分钟

5取出,翻身,刷一遍蜜汁烤肉酱

6改200度烤15分钟
