1、强烈建议苦瓜切的时候切这种斜刀,我脚的看着特别美特别好吃的样子,哈哈 2、焯水时候,不要时间太久,太熟口感不脆了就,不过要是你喜欢熟的口感的话。比如我老妈。。。 3、去籽去瓤,耐心点哈,用小勺子刨啊刨啊刨。。。
