小技巧
我选择的火锅底料是带花椒的,如果不带花椒的底料又很喜欢那种麻香的感觉的话,一定记得在爆香葱姜蒜之前,练一下花椒油.吃到嘴里有种麻麻的过瘾的感觉,或者是在最终点一点花椒油进去,也非常棒.
