原料
去骨去皮鸡胸肉1副、牛奶20g、蒜泥1颗量、洋葱泥20g、太白粉1小匙、塩1/2小匙、糖1小匙, 炸浆:低筋面粉40g、玉米粉40g、太白粉30g、塩少许、泡打粉3g、水130~140g

1炸浆材料全部拌云,放置一旁,将所有材料全部放入食物调理器打成泥(除炸浆材料外)调的的鸡泥,可先微波试吃看味道ok不ok
