简介
刀削面之妙妙在刀功:用特制的弧形削刀削出的面叶,中厚边薄。棱锋分明,形似柳叶(刀法不同能削出扁形或三棱形面条),滑利爽口,柔中带硬,相当筋道!再配以各种荤素浇头、打卤,吸溜儿~~一碗,好吃的不得了!
原料
猪后臀肉, 胡萝卜, 黑木耳, 面粉, 大葱, 生姜, 干辣椒, 八角, 盐, 酱油, 料酒, 白糖, 黄豆酱, 凉水
步骤
1猪肉切成小丁

2锅里不倒油,直接将切好的肉片放进锅子里小火煸炒,同时丢葱段和姜片、干辣椒皮、八角什么的同炒

3将肉里面的油慢慢煸出来,煸至肉色微微金黄

4两勺盐
