3开水煮面!煮两滚,捞出,过冷水!

4放少许油将肉炒变色,盛出待用!

5放少许油,将洋葱稍稍炒软,放入青椒和番茄,炒出番茄汁。加入一些老抽上色,放盐,多放一丢丢因为一会还要加上刀削面。翻炒一会儿加入孜然,喜欢孜然的多放些!
