鸡腿肉 200克, 黄瓜 1根, 甜面酱 1勺, 白糖 一小勺, 蚝油 1小勺, 清水 30ml, 香油 5ml, 葱 适量, 姜 适量
步骤
1用刀在鸡腿下关节处划一圈,切断皮肉和筋

2然后鸡腿内侧在骨头上面用刀将整个鸡腿剖开
