原料
中筋面粉 150g, 糖粉 30g, 猪油 50g, 水 60g, 低筋面粉 120g, 抹茶粉 5g, 豆沙馅 400g, 猪油 60g
步骤
1将油皮、油酥原料分别混合成团,醒20分钟

2将油皮、油酥各分成8等分,1个油皮包入1个油酥,捏紧,收口朝下放好

3用擀面杖将油酥皮擀长,向下卷起来。擀卷两次,每次中间需要静置松弛20分钟。(过程如图示)

4将两次擀卷的油酥皮从中间切开,分成两段

5切面朝上压扁擀圆,翻面包入豆沙馅,捏紧收口

6收口处刷蛋液(我这次刷的是水),粘上白芝麻(不粘也可以的,如果不粘这步就可以省略,我是为了吃起来更香。)排入烤盘

7烤箱预热180度,烤焙20-25分钟即可
