龙利鱼不光护眼有营养,而且刺少,肉质细腻鲜美,很适合小朋友食用。平常多买些冻在冰箱里,想吃的时候解冻后煎一下,简单又美味。
原料
龙利鱼(冰冻), 青红椒, 料酒, 盐, 黑胡椒, 姜丝, 糖
步骤
1材料:龙利鱼(冰冻),青红椒

2龙利鱼解冻后,用厨房纸吸干水分,切小块加料酒,盐,黑胡椒抓匀

3腌制半小时左右。(冰冻鱼解冻后水分比较多,一定要用纸充分吸干,这样才能保证鱼肉的口感,煎的时候也不会油花四溅)

4青红椒切块

5不粘锅入油烧热后,下姜丝煸香

6下入鱼块小火煎。(鱼块不要叠在一起,以免煎不透,一面煎至定型后再翻面)

7鱼块两面煎至金黄后出锅

8不用另外加油,直接下入青红椒翻炒,并加少许盐调味
