菠菜 300g, 鸡蛋 2个, 大葱 适量 切片, 浓缩鸡汁 1茶勺, 油、盐 适量
步骤
1准备食材
2菠菜绰水控干切段
3中火炒锅倒入油把鸡蛋炒熟盛出来备用。
4中火烧热后倒入一点油,加入大葱炒出香味,加入菠菜大约煸炒2分钟后把鸡蛋加进去炒匀。
5出锅前加入鸡汁和盐调味。
